In February 2025, to coordinate the resources of the intelligent manufacturing industry in Boluo County, promote cooperation among enterprises and between upstream and downstream industries, safeguard the rights and interests of members, enhance the innovation capability and application level of the industry, and help build a hundred-billion-yuan intelligent equipment industrial park, the first inaugural meeting of the first session of the Boluo County Intelligent Manufacturing Industry Association was held in Boluo County. Guangdong Peier Technology Co., Ltd., with its excellent technical strength and high-level intelligent manufacturing planning, was invited to attend the meeting and was officially awarded the title of 'Member Unit' of the association. This honor not only demonstrates Peier Technology's leading position in the field of intelligent equipment but also signifies the company's deep integration into the regional intelligent manufacturing ecosystem, injecting new momentum into Boluo's industrial upgrading.

At the conference, leaders from the Boluo County Government, experts from industry associations, and representatives from dozens of smart manufacturing enterprises gathered together to witness the important moment of the association's establishment. In his speech, the Boluo County leader emphasized: 'The establishment of the association is a key measure to implement the '14th Five-Year Plan' for the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry in Guangdong Province. It will vigorously promote collaborative innovation in the industrial chain and help Boluo become a demonstration highland for smart manufacturing in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.' It is reported that the association has set up a special support fund of tens of millions of yuan to focus on supporting collaborative innovation projects in the fields of intelligent equipment and industrial internet. As one of the first member units, our company's Deputy General Manager, Tu Xuehai, attended the meeting on behalf of Peier Technology.

Build an ecological alliance to open a new chapter of intelligent manufacturing

As one of the first batch of member units of the Association's smart manufacturing initiative, Guangdong Peier Technology Co., Ltd. has invested 300 million yuan to establish a brand-new modern factory in this park. The three subsidiaries of the group, 'Peier Electronics Co., Ltd.', 'Guande Technology Co., Ltd.', and 'Peier Outdoors', will simultaneously move in. The products produced include dampers, sensor wiring harnesses, and outdoor products, covering industries such as home appliances, automobiles, electronics, and outdoor products. The park covers an area of 73,321 square meters, including one office building, four production buildings, one staff dormitory, and corresponding activity spaces. Currently, the factory's roof was topped out in May 2024, marking the completion of the main building and entering the decoration phase. It is planned to officially commence production in June 2025. The factory is expected to achieve an output value of 600 million yuan and is anticipated to provide 1,000 job opportunities in Boluo County. The new factory adopts the most advanced technology in the industry, aiming to build an automated, intelligent, digitalized, and environmentally friendly factory to further enhance the company's core competitiveness. In terms of automation, advanced processes such as centralized injection molding supply systems, part-picking robotic arms, self-designed automatic assembly lines, automatic welding machines, automatic measuring equipment, visual positioning and grasping, and appearance CCD inspection are employed. For logistics, an automated three-dimensional warehouse combined with handling robots is used to achieve unmanned logistics. In terms of intelligence, advanced MES modules are adopted, integrating intelligent production management, intelligent logistics management, intelligent automatic quality data collection, equipment data collection, predictive maintenance, and other functions. In terms of digitization, 3D data simulation is used from the planning stage to digitally model the entire factory's premises, equipment, physical logistics, and information flow. Additionally, the new factory adopts environmentally friendly production processes. In the next five years, it aims to achieve 40% self-sufficiency in electricity consumption, reduce overall energy consumption by over 60%, use 1500KW of photovoltaic power generation, adopt nighttime cold storage technology for air conditioning, build a 1000m³ cold water pool, and reduce operating costs by 60%. Air compressors and air conditioning compressors adopt advanced waste heat recovery technology for dormitory hot water supply, saving 1100KW of electricity consumption at full capacity. This reduces greenhouse gas emissions by 3,000 tons per year. The factory's wastewater is recycled, and gas emissions are treated using filtration, water washing, and two-stage activated carbon adsorption, fully meeting environmental protection requirements. As a modern technology enterprise, it not only brings economic growth to Boluo County, enhances GDP, and creates social value, but also undertakes the social responsibility that a company should have. It is believed that Peier Technology will achieve economic growth together with Boluo County.
